Fabulous Fudge for Fired Friends
I’m really into alliteration right now. Obviously. Yesterday I was not invited to come into work and neither was The Minor, a new coworker friend of mine. Since we were both fairly bitter about this news, I made us fabulous double decker fudge for our day of being fired from work. Please notice the packed boxes in the background of the following picture…
Now, because I know The Sister is looking at this and saying “ugh, fudge, so good but so 30 minutes of stirring before it’s even close to done” I WANT TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING ANNOUNCEMENT…
THIS FUDGE TAKES APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES TO MAKE. THAT IS ALL. TEN

Thank you for your attention. Now…the recipe…
1 cup Reeses Peanut Butter chips (not the swirl kind)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (divided)
1 TBSP vanilla (divided)
So with your handy dandy microwave safe bowl just microwave your PB Chips with 2/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 a TBSP of vanilla. I microwaved mine for 1 minute and it was perfectly melted. Stir it real quick, then put it into a foil lined 8×8 pan, set aside.
Throw the rest of your ingredients into your cleaned (or at least a little) microwave safe bowl, and repeat the process, dumping that on top of the Peanut Butter layer. It’s supposed to cool about 2 hours in the fridge, but I put mine in the freezer for about 15 minutes, then in the fridge for about 30, and then removed the foil from the 8×8, removed the foil from the fudge, then cut it and put it in stacks on my coffee table to take pictures of it. That and I ate about 6 pieces all at once. But you know, whatever.
If you’re vindictive and mean like me you’ll only share it with your fired friends, but, you can really do whatever you want, promise.

The Sister does indeed say that, and since you promised 10 minutes, perhaps I will try this.
Now, if you can find a really good toffee recipe, I will love you forever. Though, if I recall correctly toffee is the one thing that you fail at and that I can actually do.
